This wine originates from one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo for growing wine, from an over thirty-year-old vine of a vineyard trained with the Tendon-system, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable thermal excursion and with a magnificent exposure. An extraordinary Pecorino obtained from a harvest in early September, strictly manual, of certified organic farming, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

Elegant, pleasant, and fruity at the same time. Fine and intense, with soft tannins and an enveloping and persistent bouquet. A straw yellow color tending to golden. Fruity notes of apricot, citrus, tropical pineapple, a herbaceous, lime. A taste carrying herbaceous vegetal notes with a long mineral finish.
Ideal with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at 7°C.
