Produced with pure Frappato organic grapes, the fresh palate of Frappato gives great softness and aromatic persistence. Delicate hints of wild strawberry stand out on the nose, typical of this native grape variety appreciated all over the world. The rich aromas of red fruits and floral notes are balanced by a pleasant finish, making it the perfect wine to sip with charcuterie, sauces with seafood, or meat dishes. Try it slightly fresher for summer aperitifs.

Intense red color with purple reflections, accompanied with a bouquet of strawberry, blackberry and wild black cherry. On the palate it is very rich in aromatic succulence and freshness. The sip is perfectly balanced between the aromas of red fruit and a broad and enveloping palate.
Excellent when paired with Mediterranean cuisine dishes, pasta flans, grilled meat, medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at 16-18 °C.

Strictly manual harvest with selection of the best grapes.
The harvest takes place from the first to the fourth week of September. Removal of the stems and a light pressing of the grapes. Cryomaceration is used to promote aromatic and colour extraction, followed by long fermentation at a controlled temperature. The lightly pressed grapes arrive inside the fermenter where the temperature is managed to start the alcoholic fermentation and the maceration of the skins. The fermentation is followed by a further maceration of the skins in the wine for at least 5 days. The wine obtained then awaits the natural malolactic fermentation and rests with its own yeasts in tanks, until bottling.
After bottling, it spends a month in the cellar before being released.
