We are proud to collaborate with Edradour, a long-standing distillery based in Pertshire, Scotland, renowned for its Ballechin peated whiskies.
After ageing in our new barriques, this Grappa Riserva is transferred into casks used to age Ballechin peated whisky. This perfect harmony between Grappa Riserva and heavily peated (over 50 ppm) whisky adds complexity and persistence to this high quality distillate.

100% Pinot Noir grape skins from Trentino. Softly pressed and distilled straight after raking.
After ageing in our new barriques, this Grappa Riserva is transferred into casks used to age Ballechin peated whisky.

Intense amber with bright yellow gold strikes.
Fine and intense on the nose with delicate hints of fresh pastries and sweet spices. Exceptionally smooth, elegant and with a distinguished authoritative personality and delightful Whisky finish.
Ideal with milk chocolate, shortcrust pastries and dried fruits. It can be used to cream pasta dishes, enrich meat marinades, stir fries and sauces. Perfect with a cured meat and cheese platter with honey and chutneys.
