ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
A dark ruby colour with broad and intense aromas, completed with hints of spices. Expressed with a pronounced flavour of black pepper on red fruits and hints of currants. In the finish, liquorice supports a balsamic note, typical of limestone clay soils.

After handpicking and -selecting the grapes, destemming the grapes and fermenting at 32°C, maceration is carried out for 40 days. The wine then ages for 1 year, both in stainless steel tanks and oak casks.
