A deep ruby red with violet reflections. Wide and intense aroma with notes of red fruit, licorice, and undergrowth. Great structure to the palate, enveloping and well-balanced, fruity, with soft and silky tannins.

WINE MAKING AND SHARPENING

After handpicking and -selecting the grapes, destemming the grapes and fermenting at 32°C, maceration is carried out for 40 days. The wine then ages then for 12 months in Allier small barrels first and for further two years in the bottle.

Nabucco is great to drink young but will further improve when left in the cellar for five or more years.
