WINE MAKING AND SHARPENING
This wine is produced with handpicked and -selected grapes grown in vineyards which enjoy excellent exposure. It is produced through white vinification and fermentation at controlled temperature. Bottling happens the spring after the harvest when the second fermentation is completed in autoclaves.
