ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

A straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Hints of spring flowers and Golden apple aromas, intense and fragrant. A great balance and smoothness on the palate, with fruity aromas of good persistence.

PAIRING:

Excellent with fish dishes but also with flakes of aged parmesan cheese.
