Rosé wine generally has the extraordinary characteristic of being able to be paired with almost any food and can certainly be sipped under any circumstances. Excellent with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white and red meats, fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at 9°C.
Controguerra – Teramo, Italy.
Clay soil with sandy veins at approx. 290m. AMSL.

The bunches are harvested from 20 to 30 October in the ancient Controguerra vineyard with optimal exposure and low yield. The terroir guarantees these grapes daily temperature variations which emphasize the typical aromas of Montepulciano grapes.
A white vinification carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a maturation of 3 months, in cement vats, before bottling in the total absence of oxygen.
