This wine originates from one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo for growing wine, from an old vineyard trained with the Tendon-system, at an ideal altitude to ensure a formidable thermal excursion and with a magnificent exposure.
It is made from a blend of grapes harvested in different years.

Pleasantness and fruitiness characterize this wine made from grapes fermented at a low temperature.
A straw yellow color with sparkling golden hues. White flowers sents, including sage, broom and a fruity note of peach and apricot. On the palate it is pungent, fresh and savoury, in perfect coherence with the nose.
Ideal with aperitifs, starters, seafood, vegetarian dishes, meat and cheese.
Serve at 5°C.

Strictly manual harvest with selection of the best grapes.
The bunches are harvested in mid-September. The terroir guarantees these grapes optimal temperature ranges which give this wine an extreme richness of floral aromas as well as a strong hint of fruit.
The wine-making process occurs in thermo-conditioned steel vats followed by a sparkling process using the ancestral Martinotti-Charmat method for at least 3 months in autoclaves, and then isobaric bottling and corking.
