Bakán Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC

Harmonious, dry, and sapid with the typical slight bitterness of Trebbiano grapes. A straw yellow color with citrus, acacia and pear flavors. Full-bodied on the palate, in perfect harmony with the fragrances.

Perfect with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.

Serve at 7°C.

Strictly manual harvest with selection of the best grapes.

The bunches are harvested from 5 to 15 October in the ancient Martinsicuro vineyard with optimal exposure and medium-low yield. The terroir guarantees these grapes daily temperature variations which emphasize the typical aromas of Trebbiano grapes.

Vinification is carried out in conditioned cement tanks, followed by 4 months’ refinement, also in cement, before bottling in the total absence of oxygen.
