It is the emblem of what the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica can express in its chosen territory.
The first still white wine in the province of Parma, from grapes of the more-than-half a century old Montebianco vineyards. Callas exudes a wide array of aromas, such as violets and hawthorn, with a fresh and harmonious sip. A strong and defined personality: the precise identity of Callas stands out even several years after the harvest.

Deep straw yellow color with golden hues. Broad and intense perfume, with citrus and mineral notes. An excellent structure, soft and balanced on the palate with intense and well expressed aroma.
lt pairs well with aged prosciutto and Zibello Culatello. Excellent with fish and shellfish of intense flavor, foie gras and full-fat cheeses or blue cheeses.
