Known for its fragrance and freshness, Dolcetto is one of the most renowned Italian red wines, mainly produced in Piedmont.
With it's twelve different appellations of Dolcetto, the region's wines are very appreciated in the north-west of Italy as well as in the rest of the world.

Deep ruby red colour with violet glints. An intense, fruity bouquet and a dry, rich, harmonious flavor that leaves a lingering scent of almonds. A pleasantly tannic wine with fresh acidity.
Favors risottos and pasta dishes with meat, liver or mushroom sauces, as well as stewed and grilled meats or vegetables.
Serve at 16°C.
