Nebbiolo is considered one of the most noble grapes varieties of Italy, capable of producing high quality aged wines.
Thanks to its properties, Nebbiolo vine produces grapes of the highest quality, resulting in a well balanced wine as for color, body, acidity and particularly persistent aromas. It is known to be a vine suited for aging with aromas that evolve in a spectacular way.

A brilliant garnet colour with an ample and fruity bouquet that accompanies the full body of this rich, harmonious and sightly dry wine with persistent aftertaste.
Ideally paired with meat, cheese and cold meats and pasta dishes with either meaty or vegetarian sauces.
Serve at 17°C.

Strictly manual harvest with selection of the best grapes.
To allow for a prolonged contact of the must with the skins, the fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maturation is then carried out for 6-7 months in wine vats prior to bottling, followed by a minimum of another 3 months of bottle ageing.
