Produced with selected grapes from company plots with particularly favorable exposures. It is marketed only after one year of aging in steel barrels and at least 12 months of aging in the bottle.

A wine of great softness and roundness, expressed through an intense ruby ​​red color and aroma, slightly vinous with hints of both red and black berry fruit and spicy nuances. On the palate it is soft-bodied, rightly tannic and harmonious.

75 cl, 14% Vol.

Intense and round, distinctive fragrance with red berry fruit and spicy notes. Warm,delicate and balanced taste, very harmonic.

A perfect harmony with appetizers, main courses, meat and seasoned cheese.

Serve at 16°C.

Chalky and clay soils at approx. 380m. AMSL. with particularly favorable exposures.

50% Barbera, 25% Bonarda, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from 27 (average) year old vines.

Strictly manual harvest with selection of the best grapes.

This wine is produced with grapes grown in vineyards which enjoy particularly favorable climatic conditions. Following the great Parma’s wine tradition, it is commercialized after one year of sharpening in stainless steel and at least 12 months in the bottle.
